I love this feeder camera. Real high quality images. The motion detection works great and the bird identification is super accurate. The video quality is amazing, I wish I could share a video in my review. The battery seems to drain faster than the solar panel can keep it charged, but we do see a great deal of bird activity here and I’m sure that drains it very quickly. I have had the camera up 10 days and have used about half the charge. It took the birds a couple days to get used to it being there but now they’re constantly at it all day long, from dawn until dusk. I love that it has a large seed capacity so I don’t have to refill it very often. My only real complaint, so far, is that the lid for the seed reservoir needs a screwdriver to open and close. I feel like a built in twist-over latch or something similar would have made refilling easier. It is tedious to unscrew the two small screws to refill the seed, and then screw them back in without losing the screws.
